A Crowns Across America Natural Beauty Pageant Production
GENERAL INFORMATION
ADMISSION: $5.00 per person. Contestants and Children 2 years and younger are FREE!
REGISTRATION: 5 p.m. (All Contestants must pre-register with entry form mailed or emailed to Director * see Entry Form for instructions)
PAGEANT: Begins promptly at 6:30 p.m.(Youngest to Oldest - Beauty, Wow Wear, Best Clown (Optional) Competition, Talent & Crowning Ceremony!
AGE GROUPS: Girls: DIVISION I * 0 – 11 months, 12 – 23 months, 2 years, and 3 years.
DIVISION II * 4 years, 5 – 6 years, and 7 – 9 years.
DIVISION III * 10 – 12 years, 13 – 15 years, and 16 & Up years.
BOYS are also welcome and encouraged to compete DIVISION IV * 0 - 11 months, 1 - 2 years, 3 years & Up
COMPETITION CATEGORY EVENTS
RULES: DRESS: Sunday Dress, Flower Girl, Prom or Pageant Dresses for Girls - Sunday Clothes, Suit or Tuxedo for Boys.
Hair & Makeup: No Makeup on Contestants ages Birth to 3 Years. Lip gloss, light blush & mascara allowed (not required) ages 4 to 9 Years. Age Appropriate Makeup ages 10 Years & Up. No artificial hair (wigs, falls etc. ) allowed in any age group. Costume makeup is allowed during Clown event & Wow Wear if it is necesary to complete the costume.
GRAND SUPREME: The Contestant with the highest cumulative score in the Pageant (not including Talent) will be awarded this Distinguished and Highly Prized Prestigious Title and Gorgeous Crown, Beauty Sash, Trophy, Goodie Bag, Plus an Outstanding Grand Supreme Prize!!!
SUPREME: (4 Total) The Contestant with the next highest cumulative score per Division (I, II, III & IV)-(not including Talent) will be awarded this Distinguished and Highly Prized Prestigious Title and Gorgeous Crown, Beauty Sash, Trophy, Goodie Bag, Plus a Wonderful Supreme Prize!!!
BEAUTY: The Contestant from each age group with the highest Beauty score will be awarded this Prestigious Title and Gorgeous Crown, Beauty Sash, Trophy & Goodie Bag! Runner Ups will receive a Trophy & Goodie Bag! Alternates will receive a Trophy & Goodie Bag!
All Contestants are placed and all contestants will win prizes and fees off to the Official Miss South Carolina Princess and Prince of SC 2010 State Pageant!!!

The one Contestant with the highest score in each AGE GROUP will be awarded an AWESOME CAA PRIZE!
MOST BEAUTIFUL/HANDSOME: Facial Beauty Award
MOST ADORABLE: Personality Award

BEST HAIR – BEST EYES – BEST SMILE - BEST DRESSED
Extra Competition Events
(You may enter these in addition to the Grand Supreme Package Events)
BEST CLOWN: (Entry includes Sumter’s Favorite Clown Supreme Award) Dress up in Your Favorite Clown Costume - small props are allowed but not required - have FUN with this! One winner per age group.
MOST PHOTOGENIC: Your favorite picture, any size, no frames (must be in Office by Sept. 25th)
BEST PORTFOLIO: 4 TO 10 Pictures in an album (must be in Office by Sept. 25th)
BEAUTY/PHOTOGENIC ELITE SUPREME: combined Photogenic & Beauty score. Elite Supreme winner will receive Crown, Sash & Scepter!
TALENT: (Not required) Each participating contestant will receive a Prize!
GRAND TALENT CHAMPION: One Contestant per age Division: 0 – 3 years, 4 – 9 years, 10 years & Up will each receive a Brilliant Crown, Sash and Wonderful CAA Prize!
OVERALLS: Most Beautiful/Handsome - Most Adorable - Best WOW Wear
Winners will receive Gorgeous Crowns, Sashes, and Awesome Prizes!

• A Fundraising Event to benefit the Educational needs of Children with Autism
*** A Great Way to Enter the Pageant FREE! - Win Dazzling Awards and Help Others!!!
This is a Community Spirit Competition. It is also a Titled Event (Winner advances to State) Each competing Contestant will collect Signature Votes from family members, friends or businesses as Sponsors of that Contestant. Each Signature Vote is $1.00 or more depending on the generosity of their Sponsors. All Sponsor's names contributing $50.00 or more will be announced and they will receive a Community Spirit Award Sponsorship Certificate presented on stage during the Crowning Ceremony of the Sumter County Fair Princess & Prince Pageant to the Contestant they sponsor and later brought to them by the Contestant. Signature Votes should be collected on our attached form (copies may be duplicated as needed). (Contestants may choose to compete in this event in addition to the Beauty Competition) Contestants competing in this event are Helping other Children and are guaranteed Winners of Beautiful Crowns and Prizes!!! (Crowns and Discounts get larger for higher Levels)
Level 1 -S50.00 to $100.00 - Lovely Crown, Trophy and $10.00 Off the Grand Supreme Package
Level 2-$101.00 to $200.00 - Beautiful Crown, Trophy and $15.00 Off the Grand Supreme Package
Level 3-$201.00 to $300.00 - Dazzling Crown, Trophy and $25.00 Off the Grand Supreme Package
Level 4-$301.00 to $400.00+ - Brilliant Crown, Trophy and $40.00 Off the Grand Supreme Package
The one Contestant that collects the most Community Spirit Sponsors over $401.00, Will be Ceremoniously presented with the Distinguished and Prestigious Title Sumter County Fair Sweetheart Queen/King !
This Contestant will also receive a Magnificent Crown, Sweetheart Sash, Spectacular Trophy, $100.00 "Fees Off Certificate to the Official Miss South Carolina Princess & Prince of SC 2010 State Pageant & a

To keep this competition Fair for Everyone All Sweetheart Contestants that are competing for the Title must bring, mail or Email with PayPal their Community Spirit Sponsor Votes ($Amount Collected) by 8:00p.m. on Friday, September 25, 2009 - No Exceptions Can Be Made!
