A Crowns Across America Natural Beauty Pageant Production
GENERAL INFORMATION
ADMISSION: FREE!
REGISTRATION: Morning Competition - 10 a.m. for Girls birth to 3 years & all Boys.
Afternoon Competition - 1p.m. Girls 4 years & up.
Pay Balance (CASH ONLY) – *(please remember NO Photo entries will be accepted at the pageant - these must be sent in to the office by August 15th )
All contestants must pre-register with entry form mailed or emailed in to Director * see Entry Form for instructions)
PAGEANT: Morning Competition begins at 10:30 a.m. Competition will begin with Beauty followed by Beauty line up after each group -
Team Spirit Wear - Talent - Crowning Ceremony!!!
Afternoon Competition will begin at 1:30 p.m. and follow the same order
AGE GROUPS: Girls: DIVISION I * 0 – 11 months, 12 – 23 months, 2 years, and 3 years.
DIVISION II * 4 years, 5 – 6 years, and 7 – 9 years.
DIVISION III * 10 – 12 years, 13 – 15 years, and 16 & Up years.
BOYS are also welcome and encouraged to compete DIVISION IV * 0 - 11 months, 1 - 2 years, 3 & Up
COMPETITION CATEGORY EVENTS
(these events are included in the Grand Supreme package)
EVERY CONTESTANT WILL RECEIVE A Gift of their Choice from the Amazing CAA Gift Table AND
Fees Off to the Official Miss South Carolina Princess & Prince of SC 2010 State Pageant!
GRAND SUPREME: Two Grand Supreme Titles will be awarded – a.m. & p.m.
The Contestant with the highest cumulative score in the pageant (not including Photo events or Talent)
will be awarded this Distinguished and Highly Prized Prestigious Title and Gorgeous Fiesta Crown, Beauty Sash,
Custom Trophy, Goodie Bag, Plus a Special Grand Supreme Prize!!!
SUPREME: (4 Total) The Contestant with the next highest cumulative score per Division (I, II, III & IV)
(not including Photo events or Talent) will be awarded this Distinguished and Highly Prized Prestigious Title
and Gorgeous Crown, Beauty Sash, Custom Trophy, Goodie Bag, Plus a Special Supreme Prize!!!
BEAUTY: The Contestant from each age group with the highest Beauty score will be awarded this Prestigious Title
and Gorgeous Crown, Beauty Sash, Custom Trophy & Goodie Bag!
Runner Ups will receive a Custom Trophy & Goodie Bag!
Alternates will receive a Custom Trophy & Goodie Bag! All Contestants win prizes!!!
*In the following competitions: The one Contestant with the highest score in each AGE GROUP will be awarded
an AWESOME CAA PRIZE!
MOST BEAUTIFUL/HANDSOME: Facial Beauty Award
MOST ADORABLE: Personality Award
TEAM SPIRIT WEAR: Any Outfit or Costume with Your favorite team colors! (Cheerleader, Player, Mascot, use your imagination andhave FUN with this)
BEST HAIR – BEST EYES – BEST SMILE – BEST DRESSED
EXTRA COMPETITION CATEGORY EVENTS
These events are not included in the Grand Supreme Package but may be entered in addition to those events.
PHOTOGENIC: Your favorite picture! Must be received in Office by August 15th - Age Group Prizes!
PORTFOLIO: 4 to 10 pictures in an album! Must be received in Office by Aug. 15th - Age Group Prizes!
BEAUTY /PHOTOGENIC ELITE SUPREME: Two Elite Titles - Combine your Photogenic score with your Beauty Score.
(You must also enter Photogenic competition to compete in this Supreme event)
Morning & Afternoon Winner will each receive this Prestigious Title, Gorgeous Crown, Sash, Trophy & Scepter!
TALENT: (Not required) Each participating contestant will receive a Trophy!
GRAND TALENT CHAMPION: One Contestant in the Morning Competition and
Two Contestants in the Afternoon Competition (4-9 years & 10 years & Up) will each receive
a Brilliant Crown, Sash and CAA Prize!
OVERALLS: Most Beautiful/Handsome - Most Adorable - Best Team Spirit Wear
- Winners will receive Gorgeous Crown, Sash, Trophy and Awesome Prize!
RULES: Hair & Makeup: No Makeup on Contestants ages Birth to 3 Years.
Lip gloss, light blush & mascara allowed (not required) ages 4 to 9 Years.
Age Appropriate Makeup ages 10 Years & Up. No artificial hair (wigs, falls etc. ) allowed in any age group.
BEAUTY COMPETITION DRESS: Sunday Dress, Flower Girl, Prom or Pageant Dresses for Girls -
Sunday Clothes, Suit or Tuxedo for Boys.

AJ’s FRIENDS - COMMUNITY SPIRIT - SWEETHEART COMPETITION
This is an Annual Fundraising Event to benefit the Educational needs of Autistic Children
This is a Community Spirit Competition. It is also a Titled Event! Each competing Contestant will collect Signature Votes from family members, friends or businesses as sponsors of that Contestant. Each Signature Vote is $1.00 or more depending on the generosity of their Sponsors. Their sponsor's names will also be announced on stage during the Sweetheart Awards Presentation. All Sponsors generously contributing $50.00 or more will receive a Community Spirit Award Sponsorship Certificate. This award will be presented on stage during the Fall Fiesta Princess & Prince Pageant to the Contestant they sponsor and later brought to them by the Contestant. Contestants may choose to compete in this event in addition to the Beauty Competition.
Contestants competing in this event are Guaranteed Winners of Wonderful Award Prizes!

(*Crowns & Fees Off get larger as you progress to higher Levels)
LEVEL 1 - $50.00 to $100.00 Will receive a Lovely Crown, Trophy & $10.00 Off entry fee!
LEVEL 2 - $101.00 to $200.00 Will receive a Beautiful Crown, Trophy & $15.00 Off entry fee!
LEVEL 3 - $201.00 to $300.00 Will receive a Dazzling Crown. Trophy & $25.00 Off entry fee!
LEVEL 4 - $301.00 to $400.00 Will receive a Brilliant Crown, Trophy & $40.00 Off entry fee!
The One Contestant that collects the most Contestant's Community Spirit Sponsors over $401.00 Will be Ceremoniously presented with the Distinguished and Prestigious Title Carolina Fiesta Sweetheart Queen/King 2009!
This Contestant will also receive a Magnificent Crown, Sweetheart Sash, Spectacular Trophy,
$100.00 Fees Off Certificate to the Exciting Miss South Carolina Princess and Prince of SC 2009 State Pageant,
a Gorgeous Crown Display Cabinet , and FREE GRAND SUPREME PACKAGE ENTRY INTO THIS PAGEANT !!!

I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Gay C. Berry and anyone associated with any Crowns Across America Pageants from any & all claims.
No refunds unless this event is canceled & not rescheduled. Video and Photos may be used for promotion. Judges decisions are final.
I agree to pay a $35.00 returned check fee. We do not Double Crown this means if you win Grand Supreme or Supreme you will not also win your age group Beauty Title.
All Contestants entered in the Beauty/Photogenic Elite Supreme, Talent and/or the Overalls are eligible to win them in addition to all other Titles.
These competition events require separate entries. They are not included in the Grand Supreme Package.
